It is a rare thing for me to brew the same beer twice. To date I have only done this on two occassions. One occassion being the Uncle Bens and the other occassion being the legendary Innkeeper. This is a kit from northern brewer and was also the first beer that I kegged. As we all transition into our new careers I am very excited about Triangle Brew Crews 2012 brewing season.
On an unrelated note I was shopping at Harris Teeter today and noticed that The "Beer Section" has a label over the aisle that I did not agree with. The title of the section reads: "Beers & Ales" This initially struck me as strange. Why would it be labeled this way as it violated beer taxonomy and lexicon. Perhaps Brian Lupo can chime in here but from a Socratic or Platonian view: All Ales are Beers, but not all beers are Ales thus...... the sign doesnt make any sense. The sign should read.... Ales & Lagers. The grocery chain should be getting a letter in the mail. What do you guys think?

Can't wait to try the Innkeeper v 2.0. I need to work on my brewing schedule for the next two months.
